QSA is no longer offering reduced rates for Redress/ National Redress Scheme related File Issue requests. All fees and charges for these requests will now align with the new fees and charges instated on 1 July 2026.
Important changes to QSA’s File Issue Service: Commencing 1 Dec 2026, QSA will introduce a weekly processing model for file issue requests. Physical records will be collected and returned on Wednesdays only, with requests required by 5pm the previous Wednesday.
